From an early age, Bryan Fagan was captivated by the legal world, inspired by the film adaptation of John Grisham’s The Pelican Brief. Today, he serves as a dedicated attorney representing families across Texas in challenging family law matters, including emotionally charged divorces.

Born and raised in Atascocita, a small town in Northeast Houston, Bryan comes from a close-knit family of four siblings, including two adopted brothers. His father was an engineer, and his mother dedicated her career to teaching. As the first and only lawyer in his family, Bryan began his legal journey at the South Texas College of Law, where he gained valuable experience working at a boutique family law litigation firm. This experience ignited his passion for family law.

Family has always been at the heart of Bryan’s life. He went to great lengths to care for his grandmother with Alzheimer’s, completing his undergraduate degree online to remain available during the day. While attending law school, he chose the night study program to continue caregiving. After law school, Bryan married his wife and started a family, experiencing both joys and hardships, including the unexpected passing of his father at age 70.

Bryan’s deep understanding of family values has shaped his approach to law, making him a devoted advocate for his clients. He has developed an innovative, paperless, and efficient method of practicing family law, offering high-end service as a modern alternative to traditional practices.

As a certified member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, Bryan belongs to an elite group committed to ongoing education and legal excellence. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in various family law matters, including divorce, custody, property disputes, adoption, paternity, and mediation. He is also experienced in drafting marital property agreements.

Based in Houston and serving surrounding areas, Bryan is actively involved in the Houston Family Law Sector of the Houston Bar Association and other family law organizations across Texas.
