Esther Pena

Associate Attorney

Esther Peña is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC, where she focuses on family law matters including divorce and co-parenting. A native of South Texas, Esther brings years of experience from both public and private sectors, with a passion for guiding clients through challenging transitions with empathy and care. She is a proud member of the Austin Young Lawyers Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and frequently gives back through pro bono work. Outside the office, Esther enjoys spending time with her husband and four boys, traveling, cooking, and cheering on her kids at sports events.

 
Esther Peña is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, proudly serving the Austin area. Originally from the Rio Grande Valley, she brings a unique blend of South Texas roots and big-city experience to her legal practice. With a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas–Pan American (now UTRGV) and a Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University, she has built a career grounded in compassion, advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to her clients.

With years of experience in both public and private legal sectors, Esther now focuses on helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions. Known for her empathetic approach, she is passionate about family law, particularly advocating for children’s rights and supporting clients through the complexities of divorce and co-parenting arrangements. She is a member of the Austin Young Lawyers Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and frequently takes on pro bono work to give back to the community.

When she’s not in the courtroom, Esther is a devoted wife and proud mother of four boys. She loves cheering on her kids at soccer and basketball games, baking, traveling, and spending weekends with her family.
