Mary Scherzer

Mary Scherzer is an associate attorney at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan. She earned her law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and was admitted to the Texas Bar. Originally from Oklahoma, she has lived in the Houston area since 2007.

Mary has a deep passion for advocating for children and families, believing that strong, healthy family relationships are the foundation of a compassionate and well-functioning community. Her experiences teaching during COVID and working in a domestic violence center have shaped her understanding of the law’s impact on individuals’ lives.

In her free time, she enjoys attending church functions, gardening, reading, working out, and spending time with her husband, three children, and four dogs.
