Attorney | Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC – Houston
Megan Flores is a family law attorney at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC, serving clients from the firm’s Houston office. Megan brings a thoughtful, resilient, and client-centered approach to her practice, driven by both professional experience and deeply personal motivation.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (2017) and her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction (2018) from Texas A&M University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2022. Her legal career has included a family law clerkship in St. Croix, private practice experience in personal injury and family law, and serving as a family law attorney with Legal Aid of Northwest Texas.
Megan’s commitment to family law is rooted in her own life experiences. Having been in the foster system, adopted, and later witnessing her adoptive parents’ divorce, Megan understands firsthand how deeply family transitions impact children. She chose to become an attorney to serve as the advocate she once needed and is especially passionate about child welfare and protecting vulnerable families during times of uncertainty.
Born and raised in Houston, Megan has also lived in College Station, the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Hempstead, China, and St. Croix. Before law school, she spent time teaching in China, an experience that broadened her perspective and strengthened her commitment to service and education.
Outside of her legal practice, Megan enjoys baking, reading, working out, and exploring new places with family and friends. She is also a proud cat mom to Dumbledore and Arwen. Her friends describe her as resilient, dedicated, and loyal—qualities that define both her personal life and her approach to representing clients.
