Nicole Maldonado is an Associate Attorney with a deep commitment to helping families navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives. A proud graduate of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in May 2024, Nicole also holds a Civil Mediator Certification. Her educational and professional journey reflects her dedication to advocacy and compassionate legal representation.

Nicole was born in Lovell, Wyoming, and grew up in San Juan, Texas. Her diverse experiences and upbringing have shaped her empathetic approach to the law, particularly in family matters. As a mother of three—Devon, Ashlyn, and Alani—and the proud owner of two beloved cats, Nala and Lily, Nicole understands the importance of family and the need for support during difficult transitions.

Inspired by her own life experiences, including being the child of divorced parents and navigating her own divorce, Nicole is passionate about protecting children’s welfare and championing fathers’ rights. Her time serving in the U.S. Army further strengthened her discipline, work ethic, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life—qualities she brings to every case she handles.

Outside of her legal work, Nicole enjoys exploring new recipes, baking desserts, and binge-watching popular shows. Her friends often describe her as compassionate, creative, fair, and respectful—traits that make her a trusted advocate for her clients. With a passion for making a difference and a dream of one day vacationing in Greece, Nicole approaches both her personal and professional life with a sense of purpose and a desire to achieve her goals.
